About The Position

CGS is seeking a skilled HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Provide HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, and advise leadership on workforce policy issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
