About The Position

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a HR People Partner to join the team! The HR People Partner plays a key role in our organization. This position acts as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent for leaders, managers, and employees to enhance employee experience. The HR People Partner will work daily out of our facility in Newbern, TN and report directly to the HR Business Partner for the business unit.

Requirements

  • A degree in human resource management or related field of study and experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Demonstrated HR experience supporting split labor workforces, strong preference for manufacturing industry experience.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to take ownership, look ahead, and create impact before they're asked to.
  • The ability to speak the language of the business, and use data to influence and contribute to cross-functional decisions.
  • The confidence to challenge the status quo; and lead through change!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop key skills and capabilities to meet future market demand, including the development of staffing, pipeline, and retention strategies.
  • Guide the leadership team towards practices that lift employee engagement and promote company culture.
  • Support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Provide leadership in aligning strategic and tactical business objectives with HR strategic and operational plans.
