As the HR & People Operations Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to day-to-day HR operations and offboarding. You bring precision, empathy, and reliability to every process, ensuring that colleagues experience a consistent, high-quality interaction with HR at every stage of their journey. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll help the HR team deliver seamless and compliant operations across the Americas Division. Your work supports critical HR processes such as data management, onboarding logistics, HR systems accuracy, policy administration, and colleague communications.
