About The Position
Because the HR function is constantly evolving, we are looking for a dynamic HR Intern in our Atlanta office to support key business initiatives. The intern will report directly to the Manager, People Analytics and should be eager to learn and make an impact. The experience is designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the HR team on the following potential projects: Use classification and regression tree analysis or similar methods to build predictive models to forecast employee outcomes (e.g. turnover), conduct validation and impact analysis of selection assessments and other recruiting tools, assist with HR dashboard optimization, assist with building powerpoints to provide insights on key HR KPIs for regular monthly operations reviews, and assist with other HR reporting and talent acquisition program functions as needed.
