About The Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and support HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines. Requirements

2+ years of payroll or HR experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar system
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and compliance
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

Process mid-month, month-end, and off-cycle payrolls from start to finish, including calculating commissions for multiple locations
Ensure timely payment of payroll taxes, 401(k), benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment
Post month-end payroll accruals
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance
Manage employee data, onboarding, and terminations in ADP
Manage PTO and sick time accruals
Maintain payroll records, including I-9 compliance
Track and verify Sales Licenses
Assist HR with onboarding and projects
