Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process, including Workday Hire and Onboarding completion before start date.
  • Verify employee licenses via state websites and ensure all compliance documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate same-day onboarding and benefit election deadlines.
  • Conduct regular audits of I-9s, background checks, and legal/company checks.
  • Maintain secure and organized personnel and confidential files, both physical and digital.
  • Run Workday audits and ensure accurate document uploads.
  • Provide day-to-day support in HRIS system (Workday), including troubleshooting and training.
  • Run full Payroll process on a biweekly basis.
