Principle Responsibilities: Assist with all internal and external HR-Payroll related inquiries or requests. Review payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order. Collect and submit all federal and state tax documents for field employees in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Produce and submit payroll and HR reports. Assist with ad-hoc Payroll and HR projects. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees, management, and stakeholders at all levels Analytically driven with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address challenges and provide innovative solutions Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Proficient in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field preferred or equivalent practical experience Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in similar roles This description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.
