About The Position

Epic Games is searching for an HR Partner who will create engaging experiences for our talented employees to develop our technology and make our games. We are looking for a strategic, personable, motivated and customer service oriented individual who is comfortable living in the gray. The HR Partner will work with Epic’s HR Partners globally and partner closely with our Compensation, Benefits, L&D and Recruitment teams. Reporting to the HRP Lead based out of the USA, the successful candidate will need to work closely with the business leads as well as provide expertise. In this role, you will Possess an understanding of a fast growth, global company and the impacts this has on the teams you support Provide proactive pragmatic coaching to business units in the areas of talent and career development, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and manager coaching Leverage people data to diagnose issues, recommend actions and measure outcomes for the teams you support Attend business team status meetings as needed to understand the business, the people and staying abreast of changes on the projects, teams, and its effect on the business and our people Able to lead and support change management initiatives as well as acquisition integration as needed Partner with business leaders globally to build plans, projects, and trainings, in partnership with other HR Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Effectiveness and Recruitment teams as needed to support those opportunities Travel to locations may be required as need to support business needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of HR Generalist and HRBP experience, including partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience exceeding and delivering results in a complex global fast pace organization
  • Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy
  • Practical experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives
  • Able to deal with continual change and desire to make a difference is paramount
  • Past experience with growth and departmental transformation required
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment

Responsibilities
