About The Position

As an HR Organizational Development Consultant at Dell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in addressing key issues such as business change, leadership succession planning, and effective team member relations. Our HR Teams are integral to the organization, leading the planning and implementation of high-value human resources programs and advising company leaders on team member policies. Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years of Human Resource (HR) experience with expert knowledge of OD methodologies.
  • Ability to partner on change management methodologies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative/influencing capabilities with all levels of leadership.
  • Prior experience in a consulting capacity at a large consulting firm.
  • Organizational and project/program management skills.
  • Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution.
  • Prior HRBP/HR Generalist experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted programs including organizational development and talent management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the business context of the technology industry, including Sales, Services, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide focused strategic business support aligned to critical people modernization work.
  • Analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, and work processes to determine necessary talent initiatives.
  • Set the strategic direction for organizational design by collaborating with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Lead teams in the design, development, and delivery of strategic talent solutions.
  • Assess the current structure to identify areas of improvement to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with the business and HRBPs to offer high-quality talent solutions.
  • Provide strategic consultation on organizational design-related processes.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to inform talent strategy and identify gaps.
  • Consult on effective change management approaches across key stakeholders.
  • Direct initiatives and programs to assist with organizational development needs.
