Job Description Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to new hires and stakeholders by efficiently managing onboarding activities and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization Collaborate with HR teams and business units to coordinate onboarding logistics, including documentation, benefits enrollment and induction program. Conduct background checks and due diligence on new employees, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (including MAS Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria and the Representative Notification Framework). Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, promptly addressing discrepancies to support analytics and reporting. Manage sales licensing and compliance-related transactions for new hires, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory frameworks. Monitor onboarding activities and notify relevant internal/external authorities of changes to personal particulars or regulated activities, as required. Provide prompt support and advisory in other employee lifecycle activities and queries. Support audits, compliance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and user experience. Requirements Recognized tertiary qualification, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services preferred. Familiarity with employment regulations, MAS Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria and the Representative Notification Framework is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Meticulous, organized, and process-oriented, with the ability to operate within tight timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player who can also work independently. Requirements

  • Recognized tertiary qualification, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services preferred.
