This role blends strategic HR operations with technical innovation, focusing on system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across the HR function. The ideal candidate is a tech-forward HR professional who's as comfortable troubleshooting HR processes as they are handling complex employee relations issues. You'll lead efforts to streamline HR workflows, leverage automation tools (including AI-driven solutions such as custom GPTs), and ensure compliance with employment laws-especially in California, where most of our clinical operations are based.
