Role: The HR Operations Specialist supports the Payroll & Benefits Manager in administering employee leave programs, unemployment claims, job accommodations, HRIS reporting and providing backup support for payroll processing. This role ensures compliance with federal, state and company policies while delivering a high level of service to employees and internal stakeholders.
