As the HR Operations Process Improvement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our efforts to streamline and enhance HR and Payroll functions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI tools and automation, and collaborating across teams to ensure the efficiency and compliance of our systems. You will directly influence the payroll processing for over 2,000 employees, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timeliness. You'll also have the opportunity to shape change management initiatives, mentor a dedicated payroll team, and lead integration projects to optimize the ADP Workforce Now platform.
