Summary/Objective: The HR Operations & Payroll Specialist supports the Human Resources function by managing payroll processing and administrative HR operations while serving as the primary operational HR contact at the Bedford (Geo-Flo) facility. This role is responsible for payroll, HRIS administration, onboarding documentation, recruiting logistics, and oversight of HR and safety documentation at the Bedford site. The position ensures that core HR and operational processes are managed accurately and consistently while providing day-to-day support to employees and supervisors.
