The HR Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing daily tasks related to the GenAI Tool and various HR operations activities. In this role, you will manage and resolve case management tickets efficiently, serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate responses, and handle employee documents within the document management system, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. You will also identify trends in the tickets and provide insights to improve processes, share detailed ticket usage analysis with the team to support decision-making, assist with various HR operations activities as needed, administer the HR Policy Portal and update HR policies on Currents, support the execution of all GenAI modules, and assist in testing new AI Modules.
