About the position

In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips' Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025. With Bridgefield's support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments. Responsibilities

  • Oversee key areas such as performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Manage payroll, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain the HRIS, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle stakeholder management, provide strategic direction, and lead talent management and succession planning to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage the daily operations of the HR Operations department, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop the team, creating an engaged, high-performing group that collaborates seamlessly across regional, center, and country teams.
  • Design budgets, apply company policies and manage internal HR systems.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance data, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), including exposure to Talent Management, Organizational Performance Frameworks, HRIS management, Employee relations & Benefits Administration.
  • Skills in budget management, strategy development, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Employees and People Leaders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and case management skills.
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, HR Management, Change Management, HR Processes/ Business Administration or equivalent.
