Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong, working-knowledge of HR operations to oversee compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS, analytics and process improvement.
  • Experience in Employee Relations preferred.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or CEBS certification.
  • 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing benefit plans/programs & HR systems.
  • Experience with compensation administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the Human Resources Operations team, including benefits, payroll, retirement plans, wellness, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently executed.
  • Manage and develop staff to meet operational goals.
  • Evaluate benefit offerings for inclusivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Resolve complex issues and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Partner with external vendors to support benefits administration.
  • Collaborate closely with functional department managers.
  • Interact frequently with members and employees.
