About The Position

As an HR Operations intern, you will support the HR Operations team in several administrative tasks and projects. You will collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and employees, while developing practical skills essential for a successful career in human resources. You will report to the HR Operations Senior Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid internship in the summer.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, preference given to students focusing on labor or employee relations
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Complete junior year of college
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR

Responsibilities

  • Work with US HR Operations team to evaluate and update desktop procedures
  • Research HR best practices and contribute to the development of these procedures
  • Help with employee inquiries by researching policies and providing information to employees and managers
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members to support investigations
  • Prepare reports and presentations

Benefits

  • Hourly rate estimated to be $18.70 to $22.69 per hour
