  • Responsible for processing all North America employee changes in Workday, ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop and prepare a variety of HRIS reports, which may include HR KPI's, compensation, new hire, and termination reports among others; also responsible for providing analysis and recommendations depending on findings.
  • Create, update and maintain organizational charts.
  • Provide customer service to employee population on various issues and escalate to appropriate HR staff member or HR center led team, when necessary.
  • Administer Tuition Reimbursement program, ensuring company policy and approval flow are adhered to by all parties.
  • Respond to employment verification requests with Equifax The Work Number instructions.
  • Conduct exit interviews for terminating intern, non-exempt and limited term employees and coordinate exit process for all terminating employees; this also includes running analytics regarding exit trends.
  • Prepare documents for data entry of employee changes, terminations, etc.
  • Assisting with HR Business Partner projects and associated activities.
  • Administer selection process for training and provide On-Demand training system administration.
  • Responsible for developing SOP's.
  • Manage Unemployment claims via Equifax Case builder.
  • Responsible for ensuring invoices are paid timely in S4/HANA.
  • Partner with HRBP to support employee leave process (ADA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Responsible for the administration of all the Company's employee benefit programs. Explain and interpret benefit programs to employees and dependents.
  • Assist employees with eligibility and benefit questions in a timely, accurate manner and research escalated issues.
  • Support annual initiatives including review and dissemination of communications, testing, answering questions and general assistance. For example, Benefits open enrollment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, emphasis in Human Resource Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, or other HRIS experience a plus.
