The HR Ops Coordinator will be a part of the PBNA HR Operations Employee Relations Center of Excellence. The role will be responsible for supporting PBNA E2E Speak Up Investigations, Employee Investigations, and/or Appeals Investigations. The role will evolve over time to support HR Operational Transactional work as part of PBNA's Employee Relations needs. The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, think strategically, have superior verbal and written communication skills, have an investigative/curious mind, and maintain high levels of confidentiality and customer service.
