If you have a background in Human Resources, strong analytics capabilities, and get excited about big challenges, our HR Operations Analyst might be just the thing for you. In this role, you will help design, operationalize, optimize, and support our company's HR processes, systems, and data reporting to ensure operational excellence and positive employee experience. You'll play a key role in identifying process improvements, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through HR metrics and analytics. This role will have exposure to all facets of HR and is suited to a self-starter with a desire to learn and an interest in building a career in HR. This includes supporting HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
