The HR Operations Analyst II provides a range of analytical, program, and operational process support to the I-9 Verification Team. This role requires advanced knowledge and understanding of the operating environment, business processes, and procedures, as well as the transaction lifecycle for the area supported. The analyst identifies and investigates non-standard operational, reporting, and process issues, providing recommendations or escalating issues as necessary. Regular analysis and reporting are provided to support business partners and functional areas. The position may involve leading projects and providing training to others on best practices and processes.
