About The Position
The HR Onboarding Specialist for Physicians and APPs plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless pre-employment experience, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This position is responsible for coordinating and completing all background assessments and employee health appointments, fostering a smooth transition for new providers. Highly collaborative, this role works closely with provider leadership and HR Business Partnerships to deliver an excellent onboarding experience. From initial outreach to final onboarding, every interaction is designed to provide clarity, support, and confidence, setting the stage for long-term engagement and success. Additionally, the HR Onboarding Specialist oversees the tracking and maintenance of yearly House Staff processes.
