About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisitions/Onboarding team. This role is based at our corporate office in Lincolnwood, IL, and plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth, respectful, and efficient onboarding experience for new healthcare employees—many of whom are Spanish-speaking. The team consists of Recruiters and Onboarding Specialists who all work well with each other and share a commitment to hiring talented, dedicated healthcare workers for skilled nursing facilities.
