We are seeking a results-oriented and process-driven HR Manufacturing Process Leader to support the evolution of our Human Resources function within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as the HR business partner to the VP Manufacturing Strategy and the Roofing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) teams. Further, this role will lead and participate in critical HR initiatives that drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across Roofing manufacturing sites, ensuring HR project prioritization and effective resource allocation. Collaborating with their team, this leader will execute key workstreams and projects that provide the highest value to Roofing and the enterprise inclusive of driving productivity, growing, and developing our talent, and implementing sustainable processes. This role will be critical in the ongoing efficiency and success of our ever-changing and growing strategic initiatives. This role reports to the VP, Roofing HR. Organization size: Leads a team of four HR leads/leaders. Location: WHQ based; open to remote. Travel Requirements: 20-30%.
