About The Position

The HR Manager at syncreon Technology in Perris will play a pivotal role in implementing the strategic human resource calendar. This position involves planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating HR processes and procedures while acting as a business partner for management in all organizational and HR-related matters. The HR Manager will lead site-based HR initiatives, manage staffing needs, and ensure compliance with HR policies and local employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or a related field.
  • Experience performing professional-level human resources duties.
  • Experience in HR within a 3PL logistics or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures used in human resources.
  • Extensive knowledge of local employment laws and regulations affecting HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Site and/or Functional Manager and site leadership team to understand organizational, staffing, and headcount needs.
  • Lead all site-based HR functional areas and initiatives, supporting the Site and/or Functional Manager.
  • Recruit, train, and develop candidates to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage third-party staffing partners for temporary/contract work.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to improve employee relations.
  • Counsel administrators and employees on HR policies and procedures; review and resolve issues.
  • Supervise staff by planning, assigning, and reviewing assignments, and evaluating job performance.
  • Manage site HR budget, performance management, succession planning, and CSR.
  • Meet ISO/customer standards and support audits.
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of HR programs and HRIS systems.
  • Provide guidance in labor relations, including union responsibilities for collective bargaining agreements.
  • Help integrate company HR initiatives at the site level.
