About The Position
At AAP, we strive to provide our HR Managers with a challenging and rewarding experience where you can make a difference in a transformational environment. Responsibilities include: Leading the Human Resources function for our Distribution Center. This HRM will be establishing solid business partnerships and driving functional excellence. Developing, implementing and validating Human Resources programs, policies and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business plans. Fostering a culture in the organization that promotes employee involvement and engagement and a passion for customer excellence.
