The HR Manager will manage Human Resource functions for the West Division Food Service work group at PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC. This role involves managing HR support for three divisions: Food Service, Marketing, and Finance teams, while uniquely supporting the Vice Presidents in these divisions. The HR Manager will lead HR Talent & Performance strategy for respective functions and execute key HR initiatives that align with PepsiCo's vision. The position requires partnering with Senior Business Leaders on strategic HR initiatives, gaining trust, and executing plans that benefit their organizations. The HR Manager will also collaborate cross-functionally within HR to strategize initiatives, create materials, and craft communications and execution plans. Additionally, the role involves guiding leaders and frontline employees on company policies, HR program administration, and ensuring consistent execution of policies and procedures. The HR Manager will partner with legal counsel on HR activities and investigations, work with leadership teams on performance management, and diagnose organizational issues to develop solutions and implement action plans.
