About The Position
DHL Supply Chain is looking for top-notch HR Managers to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. This role requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships, and are willing to work hard. The HR Manager will partner to proactively identify and solve issues, lead a team providing full life-cycle Human Resources support, and work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy. The position involves monitoring employee engagement, providing coaching to associates, managing organizational change projects, and ensuring that the HR function is integral to the business's success.
