About The Position

WobbleWorks is seeking an agile HR Manager to manage and create programs and processes that keep us running smoothly and attract and retain the best talent. We’re currently 40+ employees (across the US, UK, Hong Kong, and the Philippines) with a plan for steady growth, and are looking for an HR generalist excited to help us sustain and build upon our dynamic distributed work environment. Ideal candidates will embrace the high-low aspects of HR in a scrappy company (aka: you’ll do admin work and also roll out important initiatives), will have a strong grasp of a variety of HR best practices, and take a people-first approach to their work. In this role you’ll partner with our Fractional Chief People Officer as well as members of the senior leadership team and be the main point of contact for our employees day-to-day.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at more than one company.
  • Experience with HR operations including leave management and hiring.
  • Ability to build and execute processes efficiently.
  • Understanding of compliance fundamentals.
  • Proven experience balancing company and employee priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to explain policies and articulate decisions.
  • Integrity in building trust with employees and leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience being part of a recruiting process and 'selling' candidates.
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as Justworks, Notion, Monday.com.
  • Experience working with an international and distributed employee base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations including HRIS, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Run the hiring process, applicant tracking system, and offer letter process.
  • Handle early-stage candidate screenings.
  • Partner with hiring managers and C-Suite for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as a point person for employee relations and resource for managers and C-Suite.
  • Consult on new policies and help roll out and administer them.
  • Participate in annual benefits review and open enrollment.
  • Run review processes and analyze results for group discussion.
  • Assist with internal communications such as Town Hall slides and newsletters.
  • Handle employee and third-party gifts, company events, and culture initiatives.
