About The Position

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring, job descriptions, interviews, checks, and new employee orientation/onboarding processes. Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, address grievances, manage disciplinary issues, and conduct exit interviews. Performance Management: Implement performance review systems, provide coaching, and develop employee growth plans. Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits (health, insurance, retirement), manage payroll, and ensure competitive salary structures. Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. Training & Development: Plan and conduct training programs, create employee handbooks, and develop leadership skills. Culture & Strategy: Shape a positive workplace culture, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and support organizational development.
