We're Hiring an HR Manager We’re looking for a confident, forward-thinking HR Manager to join our Clearwater office and help lead the people side of our growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong systems, supporting a positive culture, and partnering closely with leadership to create an outstanding employee experience. You’ll play a key role in both strategy and execution — helping us attract top talent, strengthen processes, support managers, and build a workplace where people can do their best work.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of HR experience in both strategic and hands-on roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS and digital people systems; Gusto experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools, systems, and data to improve processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or service-based industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational growth
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with business goals
  • Build, improve, and modernize performance management processes
  • Help create scalable HR strategies that support a growing, high-performing team
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits management through Gusto
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential HR records, reporting, and documentation
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and built for scale
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding with a smooth, thoughtful employee experience
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Champion an inclusive, team-oriented culture that reflects our values
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives that support retention, growth, and job satisfaction
  • Partner with our Recruiter to co-manage the full-cycle hiring process for all positions
  • Help create a strong, consistent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Support employer branding efforts that reflect our culture, energy, and vision
