About The Position

Be the HR Partner for Our Spartanburg Site Leader and VP General Manager of Instrumentation & Sampling! Are you passionate about shaping a high-performing, diverse workforce and driving impactful HR strategies? This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role as the Human Resources Manager for our Spartanburg manufacturing facility and U.S. Instrumentation & Sampling business. What You’ll Do As our HR Manager, you’ll lead a broad range of responsibilities, including: Talent Acquisition: Own the hiring process from sourcing to selection, building a strong candidate pipeline. Employee Development: Champion career growth through our Intellectual Capital process. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, resolving issues and fostering a positive workplace. Performance & Rewards: Guide salary appraisals and ensure fair, consistent merit processes. Policy & Compliance: Support policy creation and ensure adherence to HR, safety, and quality standards. Culture Building: Drive engagement initiatives that boost morale and productivity. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years in an HR Manager role. 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment. Skills: Strong influencing ability, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft, and exceptional communication skills. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in an HR Manager role.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong influencing ability, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft
  • Exceptional communication skills
