The Basic Science Consortium at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (SOM) is seeking a HR Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering HR services and programs for staff and faculty to meet strategic goals and objectives. The role provides a wide range of support and consulting services including employee relations, salary and compensation administration, payroll, organizational design, training and development, personnel records management, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and benefits administration. Fosters practices that produce enhanced productivity and effective work environment and ensures that execution of human resources activities, services and counsel are consistent with, and supportive of, established university human resources vision, mission and plans. Also works with divisional/departmental leaders to promote actions that maintain an environment that integrates diversity, differences, and fairness.
