GAP is the longest established gastroenterology practice in the Piedmont Triad area. This independent, physician-owned GI practice is looking for an HR Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll oversight, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations. The HR Manager partners with leadership to build a positive workplace culture, support employee engagement and retention, and ensure the practice maintains compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations.
