About The Position
The HR Manager leverages HR expertise to architect and drive talent strategies fostering a culture of trust, respect, and commitment. This role aligns HR priorities with business objectives, ensuring the organization’s structure, jobs, and skills support long-term goals while providing meaningful career experiences for employees. You will report directly to the ISC VP of HR and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
