About The Position

Leads the Daily HR Operations. Primary Responsibilities include Leading: The Audit & Compliance Functions , Benefits & Compensation Programs, Management Liaison, Strategic alignment of Human Capital with Business Goals / Oversee: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Fostering a Productive and Inclusive Culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent education and experience
  • Years Prior Human Resources Management & Compliance / Audit Experience
  • Knowledge Local, State & Federal Employment Laws & Regulations related to Employee Matters
  • Proficiency in HR Processes, HRIS Systems & Apps (i.e. ADP, Paylocity) & MSOffice
  • Strong Organizational, Analytical & Problems Solving Skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to align HR Programs with Company Goals
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively with all Levels of Personnel and exhibit emotional intelligence
  • Effective Conflict Resolution and Fostering an Environment of Trust
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work comfortably in a paperless environment
  • Ability to hear
  • Ability to speak clearly
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Audit Management Liaison - Serve as the primary point of contact for Internal & External Audits and Compliance Matters.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Compensation Management including Payroll oversight
  • Oversee in-house Recruiter and aid in employee retention
  • Oversee in-house Talent & Development Manager
  • EE Performance Issues and Performance Review Process
  • Employee Experience: - Conflict Resolution. - Wellness. - Employee/Company Events. - Ombudsman for Employees.
  • Strategic Planning / Management Liaison
  • Overall Supervision of Four (4) person HR Department
