Requirements

Requires a 4-year degree in Business, HR, or a related field plus 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Must possess extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking ability.
Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong research skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Ability to task analyze and problem solve at both a strategic and functional level.
The incumbent must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, and have good oral and written communication skills.
High level of confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work with a team.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

HR Leadership: Leads by example and communicates all applicable human resources processes to managers, including disciplinary procedures, recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee relations, benefits, performance reviews, employment verification, file management, and other HR-related processes.
Employee Relations: Fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring policy compliance, managing conflicts, and conducting investigations.
Partner to the Business: Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resources discipline.
Serve as the subject matter expert on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO).
Coach and guide managers on effective performance management, including setting expectations, providing feedback, and developing and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Actions.
Ensure Data Integrity: Develop and implement processes to ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all Team Member data and records, in line with data privacy regulations.
Streamline HR Processes: Design, monitor, and continuously improve HR operational processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and Team Member changes, to increase efficiency and enhance Team Member experience.
Manage Oregon Facilities: Schedule, plan, and coordinate events and weekly lunches, including budgeting and engagement. Manages facility repairs and vendor services to ensure the worksite is welcoming.
