Job Description: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) department provides day-to-day HR support to employees and the line leadership . This role focuses on employee relations, staffing, workforce planning, and engagement, ensuring the department has the right people, skills and culture to meet our business needs. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources systems and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn very quickly and remain resilient in fast paced environment balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to influence and shape team dynamics and organizational culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives.
  • Willing to relocate to Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
  • BS Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR matters within the MHE & AGV department.
  • Partner with the line leadership to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that promotes a superior employee experience.
  • Support department workforce planning for shift coverage, attrition management, and future staffing needs.
  • You will also be responsible for site recruiting working with the site recruitment coordinator and central team.
  • Partner with department leadership on performance management, employee concerns, lead and close out investigations, and drive compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Partner with the site nurse to effectively manage department specific FMLA, short term / long term disability cases(DB) and interactive process(IP).
  • Lead the site's Be at my Best program.
