Joining OPmobility means stepping into a global group with a purpose to keep people and goods moving safely, smarter, and sustainably everywhere.  Position Details : Job Title : HR Manager Type of contract : Full-time Expected Hiring Date : March 2026 Scope : Elkhart, IN   Responsibilities : Ensure compliance with federal/state laws (EEOC, Worker’s Compensation, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, DOL) and industry standards (IATF, ISO, OHSAS, CQA). Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in partnership with Corporate HR. Advise and support management on HR matters, employee relations, and communication initiatives. Lead recruitment for exempt, non‑exempt, and hourly roles, including coordination with on‑site temp agencies. Oversee payroll processing for hourly employees and coordinate benefits, including open enrollment. Manage reporting and auditing activities (Enablon, 5S, LPA, Fast Responses, Top Safety Visits). Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements such as quality objectives, corrective actions, capacity analysis, and customer portals/scorecards. Develop and maintain training programs, track/report training hours, and support Career Development & Succession Planning. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and site activities (recognition, awards, events).   Profile : Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business. Professional certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience working with HRIS systems. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to foster employee engagement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
