Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in HR management, including payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Netsuite and payroll software systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues
  • Monitor and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
