About The Position
Flying Bark Productions is seeking an operationally-focused HR Manager to join their People & Culture department. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements, and making a meaningful impact across various HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment support, benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager will report directly to the VP of Production in Los Angeles and the Head of People & Culture in Sydney, Australia. This position is primarily full-time but offers flexibility for experienced candidates looking for part-time work.
