We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in a fast-paced plant production and fleet environment. This role will be instrumental in managing labor relations across six active unions, ensuring a collaborative and respectful partnership while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, recruiting, and organizational culture. The HR Manager will lead initiatives to promote a positive work environment, driving employee engagement and fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
