About The Position
ICL has an exciting opportunity to lead the HR function at our Lawrence, KS manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have background that will allow them to provide HR direction and oversite to the plant leadership team and take responsibility for all HR duties for the 145-person unionized site. As the HR Manager, you will be a key member of the North American HR team embedded with the local business management, providing generalist HR guidance and support, driving the achievement of business goals through workforce development. This position will serve as part of the plant leadership team as a matrix report to the Plant Manager and a direct report to the VP, Regional HRM. Additionally, this position will have responsibility for one or more off-site locations or business units within North America.
