As a dedicated HR Manager at USAA, you will be the face of HR on the ground with our employees and leaders, championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive our success. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. Accountable for providing advice, guidance, and support to leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes, proactive advising, and raised employee issues. Serves as the primary liaison and subject matter expert to HR centers of excellence (COEs) to create, enhance and deliver talent initiatives and programs and enables the development and delivery of talent strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners. This is an individual contributor role. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in Tampa, FL.
