The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation of programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention for the Pointcore team. Recommends and facilitates long-and short-term planning initiatives that coincide with the organization's strategic objectives. Partners with leadership and HR Centers of Expertise to provide consultative support in the areas of workforce planning and forecasting, workforce commitment, leadership development, performance excellence, and compensation. Assesses organizational challenges and designs compensation programs to meet operational needs as it relates to base pay, additional compensation, merit increases, market adjustments and incentive programs. This role has elevated responsibility and accountability with HR Operations and our HR Centers of Expertise in order to closely partner, collaborate, educate and connect the HR division with the unique Pointcore business needs and model.
