This role is hands-on, collaborative, and central to delivering a great employee experience across payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of HR experience (Manager/Generalist/Operations) or 3–5 years at the Senior Coordinator level with a growth mindset
  • Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Paylocity a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law basics
  • Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and process improvements
  • High EQ and communication skills that build trust across all levels

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to partner for employee HR questions and guidance
  • Manage payroll administration (run via third party payroll administrator) and benefits processes (including Paylocity HRIS)
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Keep policies, compliance, and reporting up to date
  • Partner on onboarding, open enrollment, and company-wide HR initiatives
  • Look for ways to make HR processes more efficient and employee-friendly
