The HR Manager – Opportunity Now and Employee Relations will be responsible for the continuation and improvement of the Opportunity Now (Opp Now) program at Tepeyac, as well as developing, managing, and administering the implementation of an employee relations (ER) program. The position will assist organization leadership and employees to refine their industry-specific skills with respect to their job role and function and promote and develop professional career advancement within the organization. The ER program is focused on developing our current supervisors, providing them with training and hands-on support through performance management, as well as creating a leadership path program to train the future leaders and supervisors within our Tepeyac team. We are seeking candidates that can feel a personal commitment and connection with our mission and values. Our team needs someone that can work well in ambiguity and be comfortable with change. Previous experience and knowledge in the following areas will be helpful: Partnering in strategy design and implementation of organizational learning and development structures Proven experience in project management for HR related work Maintaining employee data Interpreting policies, procedures, and employment laws as needed Assisting with compliance monitoring, project implementation
