The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all HR functions for operations based in Panama, ensuring compliance with Panamanian labor laws and alignment with organizational goals. This role is responsible for overseeing employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, recruitment, performance management, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Panamanian labor laws and employment practices.
- Strong understanding of CSS, SIPE, and local statutory reporting.
- Experience handling terminations and labor settlements in Panama.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
