The HR Manager (SCM Operations) is responsible for providing dedicated, on-site human resources support to employees and drivers assigned to the SCM Operations team. This role serves as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations , ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and operational standards, while supporting workforce stability and engagement within the SCM operation. While recruitment and payroll coordination are included, the core focus of this role is employee relations , including issue resolution, disciplinary processes, attendance and performance management, and day-to-day HR guidance for both drivers and non-driver staff.
